- Key contracts, loan agreements and lease schedules
- A clear brief on the problem to solve or gap to fill
On an ongoing basis
- Weekly or monthly access to transaction data
- Sign-off on reconstruction adjustments
- Regular check-in (weekly during projects, monthly thereafter)
- Access to operational data for costing (volumes, headcount, capacity)
Pro tip: Reconstruction work goes fastest when we can see bank statements for the full period up front, request them from your bank before the kickoff call.
